Review:
there are five momofuku restaurants: noodle bar, ssäm bar, ko, má pêche (all in nyc) and sei?bo (in sydney, aus). we also operate a bar, booker and dax, in the back of ssäm bar. milk bar, our bakery, has multiple locations in the city. we try our best to serve delicious food.
we do not currently operate a sushi bar or karaoke parlor, but appreciate the inquires.

Therefore it is not hard to see why Mathias chose to build his gastronomic philosophy of The Natural Cuisine on the convergence between local and global perspectives. Thus making the distinguished Grand Hótel the perfect location for his new restaurant in Stockholm. Mathias Dahlgren is the former proprietor of the renowned restaurant Bon Lloc which earned a star in Guide Michelin, he have been announced Kockarnas Kock four times and is the only Swede who has won the prestigious Bocuse d´Or.
